Phoon Huat Baking Class

Phoon Huat for Triple chocolate cheesecake and Macaron making class 
Jen's request, she loves macaron, she made me fall in love with macaron (after the class).
 Raw ingredient for Triple Chocolate Cheesecake.
Triple chocolate refers to Dark choco, Milk choco and White choco. 
 Whipping cream cheese

Glace with raspberry puree
Tips: Lemon zest and juice is added, to give the cheesecake a little tangy taste and not too sweet.
 Macaron (almond pie) raw ingredient.
I request for bamboo charcoal powder which explains why the macaron is greyish. 
 Pipping works, trying my best to make them into perfect circle. 
 My very first time doing pipping, consider not too bad (i think).
 Jen's pinkie macaron, she opt for pinking food coloring.
 The sweet scent from fresh macaron is heaven.
 Jen's pinkie, mad cute arent they.
Filled with chocolate ganache.
